General
Community reserves the right to cancel or suspend your authorization to use this site at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, your violation of the terms of this Agreement.
By accessing this Website, you have directed your system to computers located in the State of Florida or in a secondary location. You agree that disputes arising out of or relating to the Content or the Website are to be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to principles of conflict of law. Program Description
Community Loan Servicing LLC (“Community”) and its service providers may use an automatic telephone dialing system (“autodialer”) to deliver Community text messages to you. Community text messages are intended to provide you with information about your loan account(s) being serviced at Community.
Message Frequency
The number of Community text messages sent may vary depending on the number of Community’s text messaging programs enlisted as well as the specific status of your loan account(s).
Cost
Message and data rates may apply to every text message sent or received, as outlined in your mobile rate plan (please contact your mobile provider for your pricing information).
How to Opt-Out
To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any text received from Community that you no longer wish to receive. You will receive a final text as confirmation of your opt-out.
Privacy
Please click this link to access Community’s privacy policy.
Access or Delivery to Mobile Network is Not Guaranteed
Community and/or carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
Community may modify these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes shall take effect when posted to Community’s website. Continued consent to receive Community text messages will indicate acceptance of those changes.
Your Mobile Telephone Number:
You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide or that you have the account holder’s permission to enter the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide. You agree to maintain accurate and up to date information with Community including notifying Community immediately if you change or cease being the regular user of, your mobile telephone number.
No Warranties:
THIS COMMUNITY PROGRAM IS PROVIDED AS IS, WHERE IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, WRITTEN, ORAL OR ARISING UNDER CUSTOM OR TRADE. COMMUNITY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
